Processing time
Every signed book, art print, and piece of merch is hand-prepared by Tasha. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment.
Shipping options
- Standard — $4.99 — 5–7 business days after processing
- Express — $14.99 — 2–3 business days after processing
Total time from order to doorstep is typically 7–14 days with standard shipping.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 21 days of shipping, email tashamarietaylor@gmail.com with your order number. We'll replace or refund.
Returns
Unsigned, unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping not refunded). Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Signed books and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
